This is the most common question people ask when merging body positivity with wellness: "If I love my body exactly as it is, why would I try to get healthier?"

The difference lies in the motivation . When your wellness goals come from a place of shame ("I hate my thighs, so I must run"), the journey is miserable and unsustainable. When your goals come from a place of love ("I love my life, so I want to run to play with my kids longer"), the journey is empowering.
